Growing up with an engineer father and siblings in construction, Lou has engineering in his blood. He has worked in the engineering industry since leaving the Navy in 1989 and launched Tiderunner Engineering and Design in 2003 to provide his knowledgeable, honest, and straight-forward expertise to our clients.At Tiderunner Engineering and Design, we deliver a comprehensive skill set in all aspects of site development building projects, from permits to traffic studies.
